Map the attention.
Fix the silence.

Upload a Teams/Zoom recording or a .pptx. Answer 7 questions. Get the audience attention curve, the critical valleys, the peaks to amplify, the memory plan and a concrete fix for every slide. Built on Lean Presentation Design & the MLC Neuro Design Framework.

Three steps. One ruthless audit.

01

Upload the recording

Drop a Teams/Zoom video or a .pptx. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing leaves your machine.

02

Answer 7 questions

Audience, context, duration, setting. Quick selects, no typing. The same brief I run with Fortune 500 clients.

03

Read the curve

See the attention curve mapped on your slides, the critical valleys and a concrete fix for each slide.

  3. 3Analysis

Upload the recording. Or just the deck.

Video is best — we read the real cadence, energy and pauses. No video? Slides still tell us a lot.

The method

MLC Neuro Design Framework.

A great presentation isn't designed slide by slide. It's engineered along five neuro steps: capture the eye, sustain the mind, make sense, make it last, move to action. Skip one and the talk leaks.

  • Perception — Attract. Capture the eye in the first 30 seconds. Hook, image, surprise. If the eye doesn't lock, nothing else matters.
  • Attention — Engage. Sustain the mind through the ten-minute wall with pattern interrupts: questions, demos, modality switches.
  • Comprehension — Explain. Make sense within Miller's 7 ± 2 working-memory limit. Visual hierarchy: 1 primary, 2–3 secondary, the rest supporting.
  • Memory — Retain. Beat Ebbinghaus's curve of forgetting (70% gone in 1 day) with planned echo moments and spaced recall. Design for the echo, not the moment.
  • Decision — Move. A good presentation makes you think, a great one makes you decide. Close with What → So What → Now What.
